Crossing the Nullarbor is a pilgrimage of sorts – a land with no trees and epic coastlines stretching across the southern edge of Australia and connecting the communities between the East and West. Monotonous and mesmerising, the natural terracotta and ochre flat plains run never-ending into the horizon, partly decorating the Great Australian Bight.
We’ve chosen coffee from Brazil and Guatemala to express this earthy colour palate. Coffee that holds tantalising chocolate and nutty flavour notes. This blend is a spectacle to behold and is just as pleasing when brewed short from Stovetop or espresso, or mixed with silky, steamed milk for a perfect latte.

We source an organic, sustainably grown and harvested bean from Mexico, decaffeinated using the 'au naturel' Mountain Water Process from Descamex in Mexico. It involves the use of natural mountain waters from Pico De Orizaba - one of the largest mountains in Mexico, to create steam for a pressurised caffeine-extraction environment, keeping the coffee completely free of chemical residues in the bean. For the best results when brewing our delicious coffee, we recommend using either a plunger or a dripper. These brewing methods bring out the full flavour profile of our coffee beans and allow you to experience the unique characteristics of our single-origin coffees.
A plunger is an excellent option if you prefer a full-bodied and robust coffee. This brewing method involves steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in hot water for several minutes before pressing down a plunger to separate the brewed coffee from the grounds. The resulting brew is rich, bold, and full of flavour notes such as cocoa.
On the other hand, if you prefer a cleaner and more delicate coffee, a dripper is a great choice. This method involves pouring hot water over a filter containing medium-ground coffee, allowing it to slowly drip into a carafe below. This process highlights the coffee's brighter and more acidic notes, such as orange and toffee, for a smoother and more vibrant taste.
