The red centre is one of Australia’s jewels and, deep in the Watarrka National Park, you’ll find Kings Canyon’s soaring sandstone walls edging out of the landscape. As the heat of the day evaporates and the late afternoon sunlight passes across the dusty plains and into the valley, Kings Canyon transforms.
We capture this unique transformation with complex coffees from Papua New Guinea and Guatemala that are begging to be explored. Flavours of dark chocolate, toffee and juicy berries carry through to the cup. This blend will not disappoint any drinker who enjoys either black coffee or coffee that’s paired with milk.

Apart from the passion associated with brewing coffee it also is quite technical and needs all the right ingredients to extract the perfect brew ie temperature, pressure etc none of this can be achieved unless the beans are fresh and roasted to perfection… Nuddy
