The Nitro Blade burrs are made out of high-alloyed, high-nitrogen stainless steel, which don’t react with coffee acids. This results in a completely neutral in chemical taste – perfect for the flavour profiles of single origins and delicate geishas. The Carbon Blade burrs are made out of ultra-hard carbonic steel, making it easy to achieve a very fine and consistent grind size.
