We roast in small-batches weekly on a Tuesday so the coffee you order is as fresh as can be.
Nuddy coffee is roasted in a facility in Alexandria, Sydney NSW.
Our beans are decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process. It involves sourcing the natural mountain water from Pico De Orizaba (one of the largest mountains in Mexico). They use this pure water to create steam and a pressurised environment to extract the caffeine from the coffee. This natural process leaves a full-flavoured coffee without any chemical residue, which is exactly how we prefer our decaf.
You can purchase a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription for any Nuddy coffee at any size.
Coffee is best when freshly roasted, and we roast small-batches every week.
Dependant on your day-to-day coffee brew habits, we generally recommend a weekly subscription of a 200g bag to enjoy the freshness of the roast each week.
Otherwise, go 500g fortnightly, or 1kg monthly. It will really come down to how many cups you consume daily.
